Service Description
TenatPilot is an AI-powered property maintenance management platform that enables tenants to submit and track maintenance requests via SMS. The service coordinates communication between tenants, property managers, and maintenance vendors.
User Responsibilities
As a user of TenatPilot, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting maintenance requests
- Use the service only for legitimate property maintenance purposes
- Not abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the platform
- Keep your contact information up to date
SMS Consent
By using TenatPilot, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your maintenance requests, including status updates, scheduling notifications, and follow-ups. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS communications are governed by our separate SMS Terms available at tenatpilot.com/sms-terms.
Limitation of Liability
TenatPilot is a communication and coordination tool. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of maintenance work performed by third-party vendors. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
